What are the dates and timings of the tournament?
The tournament will be held on February 8th & 9th, 2025. Preliminary rounds will be conducted on February 8th, while semifinals and finals will be held on February 9th. Matches will commence at 10:00 AM on both days.

The tournament will be held at United Sports Center, 9, 728, Infopark Expy, near Info Park, South Gate, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala 682030.
Is there an entry fee for the tournament?
Yes, the entry fee is INR 1000 per team for all categories.
How are eligibility disputes handled?
All objections regarding participant eligibility will be reviewed and decided by the patrons. Their decision will be final and binding.

Who can participate in the tournament?
This is a corporate tournament. Only employees from corporate companies can participate, and both players in a team must be from the same company.
How can I register for the event?
Registration is available online only.
Can individuals register, or is it only for corporate teams?
Only corporate teams can register. Individual registrations are not accepted.
Is there a deadline for registration?
Yes, the last date for registration is January 31st, 2025.
Are there any age or skill-level restrictions for participants?
Participants must be 18 years or older. There are no skill-level restrictions.

What is the format of the tournament (singles, doubles, mixed doubles)?
The tournament features three categories:
  • Men's Doubles
  • Women's Doubles
  • Mixed Doubles
How will the matches be scheduled?
The tournament follows a knockout format with best of 3 games.
What rules and regulations will be followed during the matches?
The tournament will follow Badminton World Federation (BWF) rules.
Are professional badminton players allowed to participate?
Players are allowed to participate as long as they are employees of the participating company and form a team with a colleague from the same company.
What kind of Shuttles are used in the tournament?
Flywate Nylon Shuttles are used in the tournament.
Should I bring Company ID card?
Yes, to prove that you are a current employee of the company.

Will refreshments or meals be provided at the venue?
Water dispensers will be available at the venue. Food arrangements will not be provided by the organizers.
Are there any changing or locker room facilities available?
Yes, changing rooms and toilets will be available at the venue.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue.

Are there prizes or trophies for the winners?
Prize details will be announced shortly.
Will participation certificates be provided?
Certificates will be provided only to winners and first runners-up.

What COVID-19 precautions (if any) are being followed?
There are no specific COVID-19 protocols in place.

No medical facilities will be available at the venue.
Are there any medical requirements or fitness certificates needed to participate?
No medical certificates are required. Participants will be participating at their own risk.
