1. Booking Cancellations

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
  • All customer-initiated cancellations are non-refundable

1.2 Event Provider Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the event provider:

  • Customers will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid
  • Customers will be notified via email/SMS about the cancellation
  • No additional compensation will be provided

2. Refund Process

2.1 Refund Timeline
  • Refund requests (applicable only for event provider cancellations) will be processed within 2 business days
  • Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in the customer's account
  • This timeline applies to all payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking
2.2 Refund Method
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you for alternative refund arrangements

3. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a booked event will be considered a no-show
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances
  • This policy applies regardless of the reason for the no-show

4. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes regarding refunds will be handled by our customer service team
  • Decisions will be made within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint
  • All decisions made by the customer service team are final
